Another New Bracelet "Raging Seas"

I just finished this bracelet last night. It is still using the stormy weather colors. This one I am calling "Raging Seas" because of the wave like ripples in the freeform peyote.

New "SpringTime" Doily Earrings

I love these colors together. They really remind me of spring, and in Vermont in the winter, I need that.

Finished my work on the March Challenge "Stormy Weather"

This is my newest bracelet for the Etsy Beadweaver March Challenge. "Storm of the Century"
I really like the colors, the center stones are the gemstone labradorite.

Below is my workspace while I was working it and chosing beads. As you can see there were a lot to choose from.

The bottom two photos are when I was just beginning. I am not super organized when I have all my beads out and ready. I am going to make some Doily earrings and a necklace in these colors also, seeing as I have tons of these colors in different shapes and sizes.

Yet Another "SpringTime" Piece.

I just finished this a few days ago. It's a freeform Peyote in my SpringTime 2008 colors. It has some gemstones and pearls included, Amazonite and some Chalcedony. Fun....

My Newest piece for the Etsy Beadweavers February Challenge "Spring Break"

Yes Spring... Is it here? Not in Vermont. Here is my latest creation for the Etsy Beadweavers "Spring Break" Challenge. Each month we have a themed challenge and the winner of the previous month gets to pick the theme for the upcoming month. The Jan. theme was "Red". My challenge piece is made using the beadweaving stitch called Brick Stitch. I switched up the sizes and colors of the beads for the band and that is called freeform. The center large gemstone bead is a peruvian opal. Voting for your favorite piece takes place on the Etsy Beadweavers Blog and starts Feb. 7th. So keep it in mind. Here is the link:

Antique Rose Bracelet

This is one of my newest creations. It was fun to do, I did a 2 drop peyote base and than made a mandella style rose and 2 brick stitch leaves. It's really fun to put different stitches together and see what your get. I seem to never get what I start out wanting or expecting. I think that happens a lot with beadweaving.
