New Paisley Design

I am very pleased with my new bracelet. I saw some paisleys in a magazine about a year ago, maybe it was Bead & Button, but I can't remember. So, as I love to do brick stitch, I have been thinking about them for a while now. I saw some bronzite beads in the oblong shape so I bought them to practice with and hopefully come up with something. So here's the result after some practice. They still come out a little different every time, but to me that is not a bad thing, because I like thing kind of asymmetrical.

These were Fun and Easy to make!

These were fun to make. Not fancy, but they look great on and don't take very long to make. It's seems a little different to not have everything take at least 4-5 hours to create. These have a bronze 12mm fire polished bead in the centers. This color will be great for autumn. I will be listing these in my Shop soon.

This is new, I am calling it Enchanted Evening because of the colors and it's very enchanting. It lays so soft and lightly on your wrist. The clasp is a sterling slide tube clasp. This is also going to the gallery.

Here's my newest piece, it's an oval Doily bracelet with Abalone in the centers. It has a beaded toggle.

Here are a couple of new items I made for a local gallery. They are Green Glamour Peacock bracelet and earrings. There are many more items like these in my Etsy Shop. Check it out!

I made the front page on Etsy!

I am so excited I don't make the front page very often. This is the 2nd time that I am aware of. My friend and fellow beadweaver Carol Dean of Sandfibers created this green treasury. She creates the best treasuries. Here's a link to my Green Apple Bracelet:

Green Apple Ripple Cuff Bracelet

This is the first Ripple bracelet I made. It now belongs to my friend, because in the learning/design curve it came out quite a bit smaller in length than I wanted. It crinkles up after you get most of the edges on with the peyote stitch, so it comes out shorter than you want it. I made a couple of changes between the first one one (the top photo) and the 2nd Apple green one, like: Number of herringbone rows, amount of edging, shape of size 11 beads. I think I like the first one better, what's your opinion, please, which cuff do you like better?

This is a new design. I call this one Green Apple Ripple Cuff. The base is Herringbone stitch with 2 different size beads, and the sides are a peyote starting with size 8's and then a few rows of 2 drop with 11's to make the ripple. It's pretty fun to do. I will probably make a couple more in the near future.
